How much does managed IT support cost for a small business?

Our remote IT retainer starts from $800 per month in the USA and £600 per month in the UK, depending on hours and response priority. There are no hidden hourly surprises, the price you agree to is the price you pay.

Are you taking on new clients in South Africa?

Not currently. In 2024 we made the decision to focus solely on our US and UK customer base, and we stopped onboarding new South African clients from that point forward. Every existing South African client keeps the same team, the same response times, and the same support, nothing has changed for you. We are actively welcoming new enquiries from businesses in the USA and the UK.

What happens if something breaks outside business hours?

Retainer plans are scoped to Monday to Friday business hours in your local time zone. Ask about our priority escalation add-on during onboarding if you need after-hours cover.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Retainers run month to month. If a plan stops earning its keep, you cancel it. We would rather earn the renewal than lock you into one.

Can you migrate us from our current IT provider without downtime?

Yes. Migrations are planned around your operating hours, with a rollback plan at every step. Most Microsoft 365 migrations complete with zero business-hours downtime.

Is remote IT support actually secure?

Remote access runs through audited, permissioned tooling, not generic screen-share apps, and every session is logged. For most SMBs, that's tighter than an unmanaged in-house setup.
